The Collaborative facilitates connections between participants engaging in research on municipal solid waste issues by hosting events. The Collaborative holds two types of events:
- Roundtables – The primary activity of the Collaborative is to hold roundtable discussions to introduce and connect participants to each other, aiming to generate and advance research projects.
- Results webinars – As projects facilitated under the Collaborative reach the results stage, participants are given the opportunity to host a 0.5-1 hour webinar to share their results with the wider community.
